Fantastic 2-bedroom house in charming Blue River perfect for a relaxing getaway.

*NEW LISTING* and newly remodeled, Finn’s Cabin is only 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin will be decorated for the holidays. With a fully stocked kitchen and hot tub with million-dollar views, you can come and stay without all the noise of the downtown main street. When sitting on the back decks, you will be able to hear the blue river running by and be completely engulfed in nature. You'll love your stay here!

The two bedrooms, one master and one guest are upstairs. The master has a king bed with a walk-in closet, a 5-drawer dresser, and a small balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 6-drawer dresser. The mattresses are brand new with high quality sheets for a very restful night sleep!

The living room is equipped with a brand-new comfortable sofa, new reclining chair, a gas fireplace and a smart Roku TV. Some cards and board games are also provided.

The kitchen is on the smaller side but is fully stocked. There is no dishwasher, but we have provided you with soap, sponge and a drying rack.

There is a propane fire pit (only in the summer months) and a hot tub in the backyard. Towels are provided for hot tub. The grill is on the front deck by kitchen.

Bathroom is on the main level of the house.

There are a few beautiful trails and the river that are accessible right from the backyard. Follow the path down to the marsh and find a spot to sit and listen to nature. There are a few picnic tables along the way that locals have placed.

You have access to the whole house, backyard and driveway. You do not have access to the owners closet by the bathroom or the shed outside. Please be respectful of neighbor's property. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

Additional Rules:
4 guest maximum.
No smoking inside the house. If extra cleaning is required due to smoking in the house there will be a $500 fine.
No open flames, bonfires, or fireworks on property due to fire restrictions
No parties or large gatherings.
We have a fee of $300 for unapproved guests.
Please remove shoes indoors.
We will charge $500 extra cleaning fee for excessive cleaning.
Toilets are for toilet paper only—no other items should be flushed.
No pets allowed.
Please drive slowly. This is a local neighborhood with kids and dogs
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of your local neighbors.

Hot tub rules:
If the temperature of the hot tub is not displayed and 3 letters are blinking on the screen, please contact us immediately so we can come and fix this problem.
1. Please shower and rinse your body before getting in
2. DO NOT use shovel to remove snow from hot tub cover; use broom provided.
3. NO GLASS in and around hot tub.
4. Please wipe off feet before getting in tub.
5. Children 5 and under NOT ALLOWED in hot tub - dangerous to their health
