A 1 bed unit consisting of a Master Suite, large living room with fireplace with spacious kitchen and dining room table that seats 6. With approximately 900 square feet, one bedroom Breckenridge residences feature a king bed with a large soaking tub & separate shower in the master bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge, flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, a balcony and a washer/dryer. Every one bedroom Breckenridge residence at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers spacious living areas, thoughtfully designed furnishings.

There are bars within the resort with food available, a complimentary shuttle to town if you want to go out or need supplies from the 2 supermarkets in town, there is also a small market in the main building for the essentials.
The Gondola that takes you down into the heart of the town is just steps away and 2 ski lifts taking you up onto the slopes are also just steps away.
The onsite gym & heated indoor & outdoor pools are well worth a visit. You can watch the slopes poolside if your having a rest day. There is also a luxury spa on site which offers amazing treatments for those aching muscles.
