This was our first time skiing Breckenridge. We will return and would love to stay at HIs High Place again. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our 5-night stay. It was also in a great location for skiing and close to town by car or shuttle. We had 8 adults and there was more than enough room for us. We enjoyed the nice sized main floor with the open kitchen, large kitchen table and living room. It was great for dining at home and hanging at night. One of our favorite things to do each afternoon after skiing was soaking in the hot tub. The views are beautiful. We had fresh snow falling as we arrived in Breckenridge and as we were leaving. The property managers kept the area and driveway plowed daily. We had a rental car but used the shuttle service each day to get and from to the slopes. It was a very easy walk to the shuttle stop at the end of the road. There is not a bench, but rather a bright yellow diamond like sign where you stand to wait for the shuttle. It ran every 15 minutes. We were able to get an early check in. The code we received did not work to get in the garage. However, this issue was resolved very quickly. It took one call and they were able to walk us through how to get in over the phone. They even reached back up later to make sure we were successful and sent someone over the following day to look at the keypad on the garage. This is not a complaint but rather showing how responsive River Ridge was for us.
