UNWIND IN OUR LUXURY HOT TUB! Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family home on 2 acres with stunning views. North side location allows easy access to the gondola while avoiding the downtown traffic. Free skier parking lot is also nearby. Minutes from Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Ski Center. Beautiful master bedroom. Great room with wood burning stove. Separate den with TV. Plenty of parking. HD video available upon request.

Ideal location in a quiet area near the Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Center, minutes from the gondola. Easy and safe access off I70 - no winding, slippery roads. We are between Breckenridge and Frisco allowing easy access to both small, quaint towns where you can enjoy excellent restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Not far up the road you have access to dog-sled tours and snowmobiling. Our home has a long history of happy guests through VRBO/Home Away and other popular rental companies. The well-equipped open concept kitchen and living space provides grand views of the Continental Divide. Nearby are snow shoeing, hiking and cross country skiing. Guests can enjoy sledding down our property or building snowmen.
