Find a comfy leather sofa and two armchairs in the window-lined living room, where a gas fireplace sits center stage. Watch movies on a 46-inch TV with a soundbar and DVD player, or play your favorite songs on the Bose stereo. The sleek kitchen is lined with granite counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and roomy fridge. Three can enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar. This single-level condo accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and DVD player. Sleep soundly in a main bedroom furnished with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate water closet.

The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed. An adjacent guest bathroom features fine tile work in the tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
