Enjoy multiple outdoor areas, decks, a gas fire pit, and a private hot tub make this home perfect for relaxing and creating lasting mountain memories.

Proximity: Located in Blue River, this home is just 5.7 miles from downtown Breckenridge. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy easy access to McCullough Gulch (4.5 miles), Blue Lakes Trail (3.9 miles), Quandary Peak 14er (3.1 miles), and the Wheeler Lake off-roading trailhead (7.6 miles).

Living Room: The spacious living area boasts soaring ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, and large windows showcasing spectacular mountain views. Plush seating provides the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a day of adventure.

Kitchen: The beautiful modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances. You'll find a double stacked oven, a countertop gas range, and a dishwasher. The large island and extensive counter space allows for more than enough space to cook up a delicious meal.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
