The Peak 7 house is beautiful place to spend with family and friends. It’s the perfect layout to provide a great gathering area to cook, eat, and spend time together. But equally important is the space everyone needs to get some privacy. Perfect house for a large group. It’s a beautiful house with a really high end finish. Tbs beds were very comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean. We’ll be back this Summer for another family gathering. Thanks Greg! We had a great trip.

Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well appointed and the views are fantastic! We had 8 adults plus a 3 year old and 1 year old and the accommodations were great for everyone. Convenient to get into town or if you want to take the “back way”, you end up at peak 8. Either way gets you to your destination in under 10 minutes. I would definitely book again!

Amazing Chalet

3 generation family stayed at this beautiful chalet. Great views from an absolutely amazing house. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodated us at the very last minute. Had snow and were able to use the sleds outside, etc. We really loved our stay and will cherish the memories.

Great house for large group

Greg’s home was perfect for our large group, and just as described. He was a great host, very responsive to our questions and needs we had while at the home. He did stay in the connected garage apartment a couple of nights while we were there, but it was no different than staying in connected condos/townhomes somewhere else. I would recommend if you are planning on cooking during your trip and need baking dishes or pans, pick up some disposable ones at the grocery. Apparently some of Greg’s previous guests decided to take those when they checked out. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed included some spices.

It was a beautiful home - Owner/Property Manager lives at the house, which isn't ideal. And If you want to grill, "You can get it (propane) refilled for $36 at City Market. Just bring in an empty one to swap out." A house of this caliber should have a functioning grill, or a willingness to fix it.

Perfect family ski getaway

This property was spectacular. The photos do not do justice to the soaring ceilings and space that this house has- inside and out. The location is great- but definitely make sure you have four wheel drive for the winter months. Such a beautiful neighborhood, quiet and great views. We were pleasantly surprised when a snow plow came thru after a fresh snowfall to make the drive into town easier. A quick 10 minutes to the gondola parking lot each day. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked for some great dinners- including a giant stock pot for chili, frying pans for some filet, plenty of knives, and spatulas. The pantry was huge, and lots of oils and spices were provided. The radiant heating worked really well at heating the entire home. The beds are very soft and there were plenty of extra pillows around the home. The kids loved the bunk room and the only additional thing I would pack for them next time would be a nightlight. Hoping to make this an annual trip at this property! I wish I could add pictures to show some of the amazing details - like the giant master closet and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day.

Family Get Together in the Mountains

The entire family was able to get together for the first time in several years before the kids head off in separate directions. The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for our group. It is located in a great location and allowed easy access to Breckinridge activities. Greg made the check-in and check-out process extremely easy. He was available for any questions and very prompt in his response. It is a wonderful property with all the amenities and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible views match the property

This is our first luxury Vrbo so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall it was great, there were several broken items that we made the owner aware of, with a Vrbo I feels it falls on the renter to let the owner know so I don’t hold it against him in case he didn’t know. There are a few things that would be helpful to know. There is no A/C which is totally fine except the windows don’t have screens so bugs come in. We only opened them at night. Some listed items were gone like the dart board and a patio sofa cushion. They might need a new cleaning company, the patio by the hot tub was covered in leaves and pine needles. Some coming utensils were grubby. With that said I’d still recommend this for a group or 4 couples. The entertaining space is really nice and comfy. The deck is incredible to watch the sun rise and relax. I hope we can go back someday
