Great setting close to downtown Breck and Peak 9 lifts. Cozy two bedroom/one bathroom in the Columbine Road area, closet to the Quicksilver Lift. In-unit washer/dryer. Excellent location; quick walk to the Quicksilver Lift, Main Street Station or downtown Breckenridge. Access to the Columbine Clubhouse featuring a heated outdoor pool and 4 hot tubs (open seasonally).
The space:
• Open concept living area
• Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a full meal
• Living area with couch and flat screen TV
• Dining table with seating for 4
• Bedroom 1 with queen bed
• Bedroom 2 with pyramid bunk and small TV
• Bathroom located in the hallway, separated into two areas; a shower room with a door and next to it a sink and toilet with it's own door.
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Occupancy limit: 5
• Parking for 1 car in either the underground parking garage or the outdoor parking lot. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to park in a standard parking spot will need to park at either the Airport Road or Ice Rink (closest) overnight pay lots. BreckPark has more information.
• Please note: This property is on the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator.
Great Location!
• 3-4 minute walk from the Quicksilver Lift/Base of Peak 9. *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Scheduled closing date 4/12/2026
• 3 minute walk to the free bus stop. The bus continues to downtown and the gondola.
• 5 minute walk to downtown, South side of Main Street and excellent shops and restaurants.
Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs Access:
• Guests have access to the Columbine pool, located just a 2-3 minute walk from the Snodallion building. Features 4 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026
- Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - early or mid October
• The Clubhouse is located down a short path from the building (approximately 100 yards). Please adhere to the Columbine Pool Rules listed in the house manual.

• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
