A convertible sofa bed with upgraded foam mattress (sleeps 2–4 guests comfortably)
A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook or entertain — including a coffee maker, French press, blender, and crockpot
A modern split bathroom design with double vanity, new tile, and full bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.)
A private ski and snowboard locker steps from your door

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood regulations.
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests – No additional overnight guests permitted.
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.
Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub.
Parking Limit: Maximum of 1 vehicle per unit (HOA policy). No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed. Parking cost is $55/night in the winter.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
