And, guests enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street! You, your family and friend will love it, winter or summer!

This 3-bedroom + loft, 3.5-bathroom penthouse condo is a perfect mountain getaway for large families or groups of up to 9 people. The living room is outfitted perfectly with leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace that adds to the welcoming ambiance of the room. The large, fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the dining room, which overlooks the slopes. There is seating for up to eight people at the dining table and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking for one car and additional lot parking for another car.
