I like having hot tubs and a heated swimming pool. The unit, 310 West, that we stayed in needed carpet replacement and replacement of heater in the bathroom. The two skillets that I used were very difficult to clean because the food stuck to them even when I used butter.

The receptionist at desk was exceptional. I do not know her name but she wore glasses. The was there several times when we came to the desk and she always greeted us with a smile. She was there Sunday morning when we checked out.

The only drawback for us is that our van height is 7ft 5in, and this is the exact height of the parking garage. Fortunately there was a vacant spot in front of the lodge, but this makes the parking a bit iffy for us in the future. Otherwise its a great place to stay to enjoy Breckenridge.

Excellent location, free garage parking, employees super friendly. Rooms however could use an update. Beds were old, carpet was dirty and smelled musty, shower curtains were too short for shower, I guess whomever installed them didn’t care they were wrong size and ok with water going all over the floor.
