This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 14 guests and was designed with gatherings in mind. With multiple living areas, three expansive decks, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s the perfect retreat for large family reunions, group getaways, and mountain vacations with friends.

The home’s location ties everything together. Step outside to nearby trails for hiking and biking in summer or snowshoeing in winter. It’s just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, the gondola, and the ski area — or take a 5–10 minute walk to catch the free Summit Stage Shuttle for easy access to town and the slopes.

Inside, the upper level welcomes you with an open floor plan made for connection. Large windows frame the mountain backdrop while a gas fireplace sets a warm tone for cozy evenings together.
