The living area offers space to relax after the slopes, with a sofa sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangements and a game console for downtime entertainment. You’ll have Wi-Fi to stay connected, plus elevator access in the building for added convenience.

Step outside and make the most of the on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. With a mountain view and direct access to the lifts, you can start and end your ski day right from the resort and be close to Main Street’s shops, dining, and local favorites.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: 1 parking spot is included. Please see the front desk upon arrival to obtain your parking permit.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable, stairs will be required.

• Wi-Fi: Due to Breckenridge’s remote mountain location and local infrastructure, internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Location logistics: You’ll be close to Peak 9’s Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts, Main Street shopping and dining, Blue River Plaza/Riverwalk lawn, Carter Park, Sawmill Trail to Sawmill Reservoir, the Blue River Recpath, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, High Line Railroad Park, and seasonal fun at Maggie Pond.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find an indoor pool, ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features an arcade/game room, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
