What a wonderful place! The photos are lovely, but the home is even nicer in person. While a few areas are starting to look a bit tired, overall the property is absolutely gorgeous, and the view can’t be beat.The neighborhood was very quiet, though snow shoveling does begin in the 5 a.m. hour — the trade-off for cleared walkways, but not ideal if you’re hoping for uninterrupted rest and relaxation on vacation.The gondola is just a few houses away and very convenient for both skiers and non-skiers. We also enjoyed riding it down to the downtown area for shopping and exploring. Just note that the gondola operates on limited hours.The home includes many thoughtful amenities (crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, hair dryers, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). ***Future guests should plan to bring dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and tissues, as these are provided in very limited quantities. We only learned this after running out. At this price point, having these basics fully stocked doesn’t feel like a big ask, and and knowing ahead of time would help guests plan more comfortably.One final, minor note: some of the dishware appeared to be replacement pieces, with items chipped and mismatched. For such a beautiful, high-end property, a refreshed and cohesive set would better match the quality of the home.This is a stunning property in a fantastic location, w/ a few easy updates, it could truly feel exceptional.

Summer trip

Great location, home and stay! The location of this house was optimal- just a short walk out the front door to the gondola which was great for our family of four. We had wished the gondola ran for longer hours (9:30 am-5 pm in the summer) and was more reliable (shuts down during thunderstorms) so thankfully the house was walking distance from town! Beds were very comfortable, linens were clean and new. Beautiful kitchen with all appliances and cooking needs met. Check in process was very easy and host was extremely responsive. Only downfalls were that downstairs bedrooms didn’t have blackout blinds, had to start gas range with a lighter, the fireplace would not light after the second day, and the house was warm upon arrival because windows hadn’t been opened to let cool air in and no AC.

The home is so beautifully appointed! Everything from the 2 outdoor fireplaces, 2 indoor fireplaces, all Viking appliances, 2 sets of washers/dryers, two car garage, location and Mountain View’s! The beds and linens are super comfortable! Large open entertainment room upstairs and cozy tv room downstairs. We hope to stay there again! Rent this townhouse if you can you won’t be disappointed!

The home was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice, great layout for multiple families and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The management company, Pinnacle Lodging, didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care, even after checking out they continued to assist by helping us locate a missing item. The location was top notch with a short walk to the shock hill station that can drop you off at peak 7 or peak 8 which was perfect for ski school. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay here again!

Got off to a rocky start

This is our first time to rent a home in Breckenridge. It was a very nice home but could stand a little attention. The driveway was a nightmare with ice hidden under the snow so we ended up sliding off the side of the driveway and required a wrecker (at our own cost) for remedy. Many high end touches but the fridge doors slammed against the cabinets when opened and the soap door in the dishwasher was broken off. The ceiling fan blades are filthy. Everyone had a good time. I'm sorry that I had to be the one to point out these items, but if no one else is brave enough to do it, then they will go uncorrected.

Terrific location with easy access to Breck Connect to get to base of Mountain. Nice views and unit is well appointed. We had an issue with the water heater but front desk was responsive and owner was reasonable.

Great House, Great Location

If you like skiing in Breckenridge, CO this a great place to stay. 100 meters from the free Breckenridge connect gondola that takes you up to lifts as well as downtown. This property had so many amenities that it made for an extended family of 11 stay a real pleasure.

Property was stunning. Amazing views, fire places on both decks were nice and enjoyable. Same with your own private hot tub. Everyone had their own space which was very nice. Amazing Breck Home

My family travels to Breck a few times per year and this was the first time we have rented this property. I was absolutely amazing in every way. The location is great with scenic views from the balcony, hikes near by and views of the mountains. The home itself was awesome. Highend finishes everywhere and everything was considered. The home had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The home is large and yet very cozy. My family will definitely look to rent this home again - best we have stayed at in Breck and it was perfect!

Perfect Place - Perfect Location!

We had a party of 8 and the home was a perfect fit! All of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, the kitchen was amazing(very well stocked) and the common space for having everyone together could not have been more desirable! If you think the pictures look nice on VRBO just wait until you see it in person. Fabulous location, views are amazing, and the quality of this rental is like none other. It was worth every penny spending Christmas and New Years in the mountains with our family.

Shock Hill is the best location, even better than the photos

This mountain modern house is beautiful, in the perfect location steps to the gondola, luxuriously appointed, lots of fireplaces, and with spectacular views. Nothing more you could ask for in a family mountain retreat!
