Located at the foothills of Brecon’s mountains, it sits approximately 5 miles from the towering Pen y Fan – a truly challenging hike for those seeking adventure. Winding footpaths and picturesque routes surround the property, making it easy to step out and admire the beautiful countryside. Just 2 miles away, you’ll find the vibrant town of Brecon – the beating heart of the National Park – home to a wide range of activities and attractions. Enjoy a riverside stroll along the Usk, follow the gentle walking and cycling trails along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, or plan your stay around the town’s renowned annual jazz festival.
Spread across three floors, this spacious property comfortably accommodates six guests. Enter via steps leading to the front door and step into a stunning open-plan living space. Set beneath a vaulted ceiling with exposed brickwork and original beams, the room is both characterful and impressive. Three defined areas make up the kitchen, dining space, and lounge, offering everything you need for relaxed daily living. Plump sofas are arranged around a Smart TV, offering the perfect spot for unwinding with your favourite box set once the day’s activities are done. Steps lead down to the lower floors, where the three bedrooms are located. The first is a master king-size room with ample storage, fresh linens, and an en-suite shower room. On the same level, you’ll also find the family bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Descend once more to the lower ground floor to discover two more appealing bedrooms – one a double with an en-suite shower room, the other a charming twin room.
Back upstairs, step outside into your private courtyard. This delightful outdoor space offers views of the surrounding hills and is framed by greenery and blooming flora.
