Welcome to our modernly furnished holiday home on Lake Bolmen in Småland. The house is situated in a quiet location on a 3,500 m² forest clearing and offers the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy nature, tranquility, and proximity to the water. Lake Bolmen, with its swimming areas and small harbor, is just 150 meters away via a forest path.

The house offers approximately 80 m² of living space for up to 6 guests. Two terraces with morning and evening sun, a fire pit with firewood, a cozy wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi ensure that you can spend relaxing days here in any season. Dogs are also welcome (max. 2).

Ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers

Families enjoy the large natural grounds, plenty of outdoor space, and the proximity to the lake. Couples will find peace, tranquility, and cozy evenings by the fireplace. The house is also attractive for anglers: Lake Bolmen is easily accessible, and a boat can be rented as an optional extra.

The ground floor comprises the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms as well as an open gallery/reading nook.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, making even longer stays comfortable. A washing machine is also provided. The living area with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. Two terraces allow you to enjoy sun or shade, depending on the time of day.

Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenden und zwei kleinen Kindern (Oma, Opa, Tochter mit Schwiegersohn und Enkeln 4 sowie 8 Jahre alt) Anfang Juli für drei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus gewesen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist abgelegen und ruhig, das Haus sehr gepflegt und auch modern eingerichtet. Zusätzlich hatten wir beim Vermieter ein kleines Linder Aluboot (für vier Personen absolut ausreichend) mit 4 PS Mercury Außenborder gemietet, um Bootstouren zu unternehmen und angeln zu können. Das Boot liegt in einem kleinen, auch bei Wind ruhigem Hafen, in der Nähe des Hauses. Der Motor des Bootes lief die gesamte Zeit einwandfrei und sehr ruhig. Angeln ging in der ersten Woche ganz gut mehrere große Hechte (größter 110 cm) und auch Zander sind gefangen worden. In den letzten zwei Wochen hatten wir eine Hitzeperiode von 10 Tagen mit windstillen Themperaturen über 30 grad, sodass es mit dem Angeln schwierig wurde. Also wurde es ein Badeurlaub. Hierzu sind wir oftmals mit den Kindern zu einem Badestrand in der Nähe von Sunnaryd an der dortigen Marina gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend und seinerseits gibt er sich allergrößte Mühe, um seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Dafür unseren größten Dank. Kurzum ein absoluter Topurlaub und wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem Top-Zustand, i.b. war die Klimaanlage an kühlen Abenden sehr willkommen. Die Küche war umfänglich ausgestattet, das Ambiente des Wohnbereichs ansprechend und funktional. Große moderne Kippfenster erwiesen sich als hilfreich beim Durchlüften des Hauses an warmen Tagen. Das Umfeld des nahen Bolmensees bietet neben zahlreichen Badeplätzen auch diverse Möglichkeiten zu Wasser, als auch für Touren durch Wald, Moor und Gärten - kurz, ein netter Ort zum Verweilen und Entspannen.
