Gut - aber nicht mehr sehr gut

Wir waren kürzlich zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung. Die Begeisterung des ersten Males war zugegeben etwas verflogen. Ein Waschbecken im Bad ist nach 10 Monaten immer noch verstopft. Die Badewanne hat einen großen Abplatzer. Die Ledercouch hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und im "Kinderzimmer" waren alle Schubladen des Bettes voller Sand, Dreck und Haare. Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Die Wohnung an sich hat noch immer Potential für einen Spitzenplatz.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Die Aussstattung gut zu wenig Teller dafür mega viel Besteck. Das kleine Schlafzimmer sehr klein für 2 Leute und kein Nachtschrank und keine Leselampe. Sonst alles schön.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll. Wir (2 Erwachsene + Hund) haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch optimal, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man in den Geschäften oder am Strand. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist tadellos und mit moderner, neuen Küche und TV Anlage ausgestattet. Im Haus wohnt allerdings ein Dame mittleren Alters, die sehr geräuschempfindlich ist. Beim Einzug hat sie uns (Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 4 und 6) sehr deutlich zu verstehen gegeben, dass wir die schlimmsten Menschen auf dem Planeten sind. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Zum Strand sind es 5 Gehminuten. Parken ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung leider nur bis maximal 3 Stunden möglich.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Appartement sehr schön. Geräumig über 2 Etagen und zentral in Bredene gelegen. PRO: - moderne E-Geräte, u.a. MIELE - Flat TV mit Soundbar + Blu-Ray - Free Wifi - Fahrstuhl - moderne Ledercouch - 2 Toiletten - Spülmaschine,E-Herd - mit Hund CONTRA: - duchgelegene Matrazen mit Flecken - Besteck wie Messer + Schere stumpf - Bettdecken nur für große Bezüge geeignet - Staubsauger nicht funktionsfähig, da völlig verdreckt - schwache Beleuchtung im Küchenbereich

rustig, ruim en comfortabel

ruime, nette woning met ruim terras en nog een sprietje zicht op de duinen. Aan de overkant komt een nieuwbouw waarmee wat privacy verdwijnt. Het terras daar is vooraan en achteraan, zien waar mensen zich gaan nestelen. De kerk is nabij. Het gelui van de klokken had voor mij zijn charme. Rustig gebouw, geen storend geluid van de buren. Persoonlijk vind ik de trap en het balkon minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen en (kleine loslopende) honden. Het appartement is heel goed gelegen, dicht bij winkels, pleinen en de zee. Een aanrader.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich war mit meinen Kindern für ein verlängertes Wochenende dort. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage der Wohnung super, wenn nicht gerade ein großes Bauprojekt vor der Tür umgesetzt wird. Die Wohnung an sich war dreckig und die Betten sehr unhygienisch. Im Hauseingang stank es nach altem Rauch. Der Vor-Ort-Service war nett, aber im Nachhinein wurde nach meiner Reklamation behauptet, wir hätten eine andere Unterkunft angeboten bekommen, was leider nicht stimmt. Uns wurde für abends eine Reinigungskraft angeboten. Aber ich wollte nicht nach einem Tag im Auto mit 2 kleinen Jungs noch zusätzlich stundenlang warten, bis jemand die Wohnung geputzt hätte. Also haben wir abgelehnt. Im Nachhinein wurde uns als Kulanzzahlung einen Teile der verlangten Reinigungskosten erstattet. Für mein Emfinden zu wenig für den Dreck und den Baulärm. Erholsamer Urlaub geht anders!

Appartement correct sans plus.

Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calmes. L'appartement est spacieux mais l'équipement vieillissant. Nous avons eu un peu froid ds la partie rdc. Il manque un sèche cheveux. J'ai dū sortir plusieurs fois les cheveux mouillés ..en décembre.... Radiateur sdb ne fonctionne pas. Le numéro de téléphone d'interhome à Bredene sur la facture n'est pas exact . Donc personnes injoignables le samedi . Appart bien situé cependant. Propreté correcte.
