Captain Hook

Unterkunftbeschriftung mangelhaft, Gartenmöbel und Grill stark verschmutzt,Backofendichtung lag daneben, Haus insgesamt stark renovierungsbedürftig(Malerarbeiten), abgewohnte Möbel, angeschlagenes Geschirr, Fliegengitter in Küche und zweitem Schlafzimmer wären im Sommer vielleicht angebracht, Mülltonnenbeschriftung wäre auch eine gute Idee.

Breege- kein Traumhaus

Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auststattung ist ok. Eine Grundreinigung, besonders in der Küche, ist dringend zu empfehlen. Auch sind Malerarbeiten erforderlich. Die Wohnung hat kleine Reparaturen notwendig. Durch das Pflaster der angrenzenden Straße kommt es ab den frühen Morgenstunden bis Mitternacht zu erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen durch vorbeifahrende PKW und Busse. Die Grünanlagen könnten mehr Pflege vertragen. Fazit: Die Ferienwohnung sollte eine grundlegende Renovierung und Reinigung bekommen. Regelmäßige Kontrollen nach der Endreinigung sind zu empfehlen, um die Wohnung an die nächsten Urlauber im guten Zustand zu übergeben.

Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schlecht geputzt. In allen Ecken Spinngewebe und Spinnen. Badezimmer zu eng und das Waschbecken viel zu klein. Das Elternschlafzimmer war okay, dass andere mit den schrägen viel zu eng.
