Système de boite à clé et conciergerie. Celle-ci peut être occupée par ailleurs et ne répond pas forcément très rapidement.La maison se trouve beaucoup trop près de la route à notre goût et elle est très fréquentée.Nous l’avions vu sur Maps mais nous ne pensions pas qu’il y avait autant de circulation.Mignonne et bien équipée, elle est certainement très agréable en hiver mais en été, s’il est nécessaire d’ouvrir les fenêtres, c’est très bruyant.La terrasse et le sol de la pièce à vivre mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement. La vue sur Loire est uniquement de la chambre au premier étage. Le rez de chaussée et la terrasse se situent environ un mètre sous le niveau de la route, la digue masque la vue, dommage.La chambre enfant n’a pas de fenêtre, juste un carreau de verre, quand il fait chaud c’est impossible de rafraîchir la pièce malgré les ventilateurs.Il serait bien également de protéger l’arrête métallique de la plaque palière en R1 de l’escalier, elle peut être dangereuse à la descente pour les personnes de grande taille. Coté jardin, en haut de l’escalier, l’anneau métallique qui dépasse au sol sur une plaque en béton  mériterait un coup de disqueuse pour éviter de s’y prendre les pieds.Coté ménage, peut-être enlever les toiles d'araignées dans le salon, sur les volets et fenêtres ainsi que sur la porte d'entrée.

Bel hébergement, intérieur de fort bon goût. Peut-être un léger ménage extérieur serait à faire. Préciser quelques détails pour l'eau chaude, même si nous avons pu obtenir l'information par la suite .Néanmoins, c'est une location à conseiller.
