The Old Presbytery - Bréhémont

Nestled between nature, heritage, and the Loire Valley lifestyle, this large, characterful house of 330m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends of up to 16 people.

Behind its walls steeped in history, you will discover a warm and inviting home with spacious rooms, designed to combine authenticity and modern comfort.

The house is arranged over three levels, allowing everyone to enjoy convivial common areas while maintaining their privacy.


Garden Level – The Heart of the Home

A large, bright space includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing large meals
- a spacious living room with a long dining table and a relaxation area
- a cozy TV corner. Wi-Fi is available (slightly slower speeds are possible upstairs in the back bedrooms).

This floor opens easily onto the garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

Also available:

- The Terrace Room, equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet, plus a separate toilet.
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer


Ground Floor – Socializing & Leisure

A dedicated games room awaits you with:

- Billiards
- Foosball
- Relaxation/Games Area

An ideal space for sharing intergenerational moments.

Also available:

- The Park Room, equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm) (two single beds pushed together), an en-suite shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet.


1st Floor – Comfortable Sleeping Area

All rooms have their own private shower room with toilet (two with bathtubs), ensuring comfort and privacy.

- The Linden Room and its suite, equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds. The adjoining room has a king-size bed (180 cm) (two single beds pushed together).

- Port Room with a 160 cm bed

- Church Room also with a 160 cm bed

- Half-timbered Room with a 180 cm bed (trundle bed: 2 single beds pushed together)


Exceptional outdoor space:

The house boasts a very large, wooded garden, perfect for relaxation and outdoor games.

You will enjoy:

- an unheated outdoor swimming pool (open from middle may to middle septembre)
- a barbecue for your summer meals and a ping pong table
- ample space to gather, play or find quiet solitude


Please note: there is a pond in the garden, so supervision is essential with young children.

📍 Ideally located in Bréhémont, a charming village on the Loire River. The house is just steps from the banks of the Loire.

You can enjoy:
- walks or bike rides along the river
- a preserved natural environment
- the peace and quiet of the Touraine countryside

Bréhémont is located less than 20 km from five major châteaux (Rigny-Ussé, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, and Villandry) and is an ideal base for exploring the region by bike.

For leisure activities, Loire Vélo Nature offers various options around Bréhémont: canoe and bike rentals, hikes with pack donkeys, guided excursions in Aquacycles (a type of pedal boat) on the Loire and Cher rivers to discover local heritage, as well as nature and heritage outings for individuals.

A bakery and restaurants are available in the village center. For other types of shops such as supermarkets, you will find them in the surrounding towns (Langeais or Azay le Rideau, 5-10 minutes away by car).

Langeais train station is located 6 kilometers away and Azay le Rideau train station is 8 km away.
