Bei uns wohnen Sie in einem schönen, ruhigen Ferienhaus (Doppelhaus) im gepflegten Landhausstil. Im Außenbereich stehen Ihnen 2 voll ausgestattete Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln und ein Grill zur Verfügung. Der Chiemsee-Badestrand ist in ca. 5 Minuten für Sie zu erreichen. Für eine Erkundungstour auf dem Wasser können Sie auch gerne unser hauseigenes Ruderboot nutzen.
Es erwarten Sie großzügige Räumlichkeiten, aufgeteilt im Erdgeschoss in eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Essecke, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Bortschneidemachine sowie einer Mikrowelle. Ebenfalls ebenerdig ist das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und Sitzgruppe. Von hier haben sie auch Zugang zu den großen möbilierten Terrassen mit Grill und Liegewiese. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC.
Im Obergeschoss erwarten Sie zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, verbunden durch einen durchgehenden Balkon mit Balkonmöbel. Das Badezimmer in der ersten Etage ist mit einer Dusche, WC sowie einer Eckbadewanne ausgestattet.

Gelungener Silvesteraufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester in diesem hübschen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist viel Platz auch für 4 Personen (wir waren nur zu zweit). Die Ausstattung (Bad, Küche etc.) übertraf unsere Erwartungen , es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann (Handtücher, Geschirr, Kaffee, Gewürze...) Die Vermieterin hatte uns sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum ins Wohnzimmer gestellt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man kann aber in kurzer Zeit den See und auch die Berge erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit (evtl. im Sommer) wiederkommen.
