It consists of a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and WC, totalling 70m². It also has a big terrace with a view of the breathtaking sunset over the mountains and forests.

A playground with a swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline, campfire area and a lawn are available. The house also has a sauna and whirlpool. The baker can deliver fresh rolls every day, as well as the newspaper of your choice.

Many hiking trails, trip destinations, indoor and outdoor pools, cross-country skiing trails, winter walking trails, the Hochficht ski resort, game parks, lakes, great museums (also for children) and great playgrounds will make your holiday unforgettable.
