Luxury Villa Brela Pride, with a large heated swimming pool of 57 m2 and a gym, is situated in an ideal location only 20 m from the sea and 700 m from the center of Brela.
Luxury Villa Brela Pride is located on a 1012 m2 property and has 580 m2 of living space spread over 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. The villa is suitable accommodation for 10 people.
Through the main doors of the villa, you will enter a wonderful large space of 62 m2. Here, you will found a sliding glass wall connected to the extraordinary south terrace with a large, heated infinity pool with massage pumps. The south terrace is equipped with deck chairs and loungers, as well as a dining table and chairs. This area also has an outdoor toilet facility. A special place on the south terrace also occupies an indispensable Dalmatian grill.
On the ground floor the spacious living area combines 50 m2 of living space, which is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a 12-person solid teak dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen of 12 m2.On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and a double bedroom (140 * 200 cm bed) with an en suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor you will find a 41 m2 master bedroom with a designer bathroom, which includes a bathtub and shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a 160 * 200 cm bed. Here are also 3 double rooms with 140 * 200 cm beds and en suite bathrooms.
