This cosy room in a family-run house offers space for two people on 20 m² and is ideal for couples or small families. It features a bedroom with a double bed, baby cot (on request), air conditioning, refrigerator, table and chairs, as well as a private balcony with partial sea view.
The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, mirror and window. The accommodation offers WiFi, a communal washing machine at the landlord's and a parking space on site. Smoking is permitted, pets are not allowed. An airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
The house is located only 250 m from the gravel beach, 2 km from the centre of Brela and in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, supermarkets and cafés. A large walnut tree in front of the house provides pleasant shade on hot summer days.
In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities are available: swimming, water sports, pedal boating, snorkelling, parasailing, boat trips, leisure parks for children, and rafting. The distance to the airport is 60 km.
