The villa has a capacity for 18 people. It extends over 4 floors and consists of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and gym. All floors are connected by an elevator. In front of the house there is a private heated pool with 20 deckchairs. The villa does not accept groups of young people and does not allow parties. A deposit in cash (3000 EUR) is required upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage). In the period from December 21 to January 3, the damage deposit is 4000 EUR.
