Das gebuchte Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung.Es gab nur ein Doppelzimmer das mit den abgebildeten Fotos nichts zu tun hatte.Das Frühstück stand auch nicht zur Verfügung.Es gab an der Rezeption keine Angabe zum nicht angebotenen Frühstück und des falschen Zimmers.

+ Die Größe des Apartments, das Bett, das Badezimmer, die Mitarbeiter:innen sind super! - Der Fernseher war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Es gab nur zwei Handtücher und keinen Badevorleger, das WLAN Passwort wurde erst auf Nachfrage bekannt gegeben, Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Die Badewanne muss als Dusche genutzt werden. Es gibt jedoch keine Haltegriffe zum festhalten. So ist der Ein- und Ausstieg sehr gefährlich. Mein Ehemann ist gehbehindert. Die Räumlichkeiten benötigen ein Check up um das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis zu rechtfertigen. Wandanstrich wo Flecken sind, Reparatur der wackeligen Tische, Nichtraucher nutzbare Wandhaken im Badezimmer abnehmen und neue anbringen etc. Fazit: Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht passend. Es wäre schade, wenn die an sich schönen Räumlichkeiten weiterhin vernachlässigt würden.

Absolut enttäuschendes Hotel-Erlebnis. Nie wieder! 1. Der Check-in hat sich um ganze 2 Stunden verspätet. Trotz rechtzeitiger Ankunft mussten wir ewig warten und wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Nach einer langen Anreise einfach nur respektlos gegenüber den Gästen. 2. Das versprochene Frühstück gab es überhaupt nicht, obwohl es bei der Buchung angegeben war. Dafür bezahlt man mit und wird dann einfach enttäuscht. 3. Auf Empfehlung eines Mitarbeiters habe ich direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Mir wurde ausdrücklich gesagt, dass das problemlos möglich sei. Ergebnis: Strafzettel! Das Hotel übernimmt natürlich keinerlei Verantwortung dafür. Absolute Frechheit. Schlechte Organisation, falsche Versprechungen und null Entgegenkommen. Kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
