The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious well resourced and clean. The shower did go hot and cold at times but ok. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The area around the area felt a bit unsafe with a lot of unsavoury characters and apparent drug users but we were not threatened. overall a great stay and good value

Perfect walking distance into town, excellent Freimarkt with plenty to do for the authentic Germany experience.

Good hotel in convenient but quiet location just a five minute walk from main station. Ten minute walk or two minutes on bus to the old town. Breakfast good but expensive.

Super Zimmer. Sehr grosszügig & sauber. Bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal an der Reception. Leider fehlte Persnal für die Anweisung beim Frühstücksbuffet betr. des Ablaufs.

Bei Buchung Frühstück inbegriffen und vor Ort versucht es zu verkaufen. Zimmereinrichtung spärlich. Nur zur Not.... Habe mir mehr erwartet

Guten Morgen, danke für Ihre Bewertung. Unsere Zimmer sind relativ schlicht eingerichtet, das ist wahr. Dies kann man auch vor der Buchung auf den Bildern sehen. Auf Ihrer Buchung heißt es "Room Only". Meine Kollegin hatte Ihnen vorgeschlagen uns die Buchungsbestätigung zu zeigen, damit wir sehen können dass das Frühstück dabei ist, was Sie nicht getan haben. Ich hoffe dennoch, dass Sie zumindest gut geschlafen haben und gut nach Hause kommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
