Hastedt is located around four to five kilometres east of the centre of Bremen on the right bank of the Weser. The neighbouring districts are Vahr to the north, Habenhausen to the south, Östliche Vorstadt to the west and Hemelingen to the east. The Weser weir and the Weser are 1.2 km from the holiday flat, the Hastedter Osterdeich is 1 km away and the Weser stadium is a 20-minute walk away, 2 km away.

In front of the living room of the beautiful holiday flat there is a terrace with garden bench and table, due to the southern exposure you can enjoy the sun here. A grass area is currently being laid out in front of the terrace, and there is a children's playground to the rear. The entire communal garden is fenced in.

Fantastic 1 bedroom, bathroom wonderfully newly built flat with underfloor heating, garden view not far from the Weser, Weser stadium, the city centre and other amenities was completed in 2022 and very tastefully refurbished. In the spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows (with external blinds) and terrace with garden view there is a cosy box spring bed, sleep like in a hotel. A new modern branded fitted kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, offers cooking facilities or simply chilled drinks in the fridge. You can make yourself comfortable at the dining table for two to three people or on the wonderful outdoor terrace.
Take a seat on the cosy sofa and relax in front of the ....Smart TV; the sofa can also be used for a third guest or two children.
The bathroom is extremely spacious with a shower.
You can conveniently park your car in the underground car park and reach your holiday flat directly via a lift, walk in and feel at home - we look forward to seeing you.

The Weser stadium, the neighbourhood, the Weser with the Weser weir or the Werdersee are within walking distance, the area around the Werdersee is one of Bremen's local recreation areas. Here you can go jogging, walking, cycling or inline skating.
The city centre, also directly on the Weser, can be easily reached on foot, by tram or, of course, by car.

An underground car park can be provided for a fee, there is enough space to store bicycles.
All electrical appliances; coffee machine, kettle, tablet, smart TV are new as well as the new kitchen with all electrical appliances.
