Poor service, No client respect, Offensive

First of all they did not provide room in hotel but in nearby guest house. I booked single room with private bathroom but they gave me single room without bathroom. The bathroom located outside room was to be shared with another person. The other person did not allow me to use bathroom, was very rude and made really offensive comments when I asked him that we have to share bathroom. I left the hotel in 1 hour instead of 1 week stay. The other person was living like permanent resident and hotel staff behaved as if being helpless. My guess is that hotel staff knew this will happen. Really worst service which could have left me on street in unknown city.

Der Herr am Empfang hat uns direkt geraten in einem anderen Hotel zu übernachten, was unserem eigenen Gefühl vollkommen entsprach! Die Informationen zu den Zimmern stimmen absolut nicht. Hotel.com/ Expedia sollte sich schämen dieses Hotel überhaupt anzubieten!
