The harbor, museums, and restaurants are all easily accessible by car. Ideal for short stays or longer visits.



The Space:

The accommodation is a 49 m² apartment featuring a bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchen, and bathroom. It is located on the first floor of a quiet multi-family building.



You can conveniently park in your own designated space in the courtyard, where the key safe for accessing the apartment is also located.



The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box spring bed. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed. A TV and internet access are also available. From the living room, you can access the small balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs.



The bathroom is compact and comfortable and features a shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area. From here, you can access a small enclosed balcony, which is ideal for storage or for drying laundry using the provided clothesline.



Guest Access:

After completing the online check-in, you will receive a 4-digit PIN code for the key safe.



When you are standing in front of the green house, go through the driveway on the right into the courtyard. The apartment’s parking space is located directly on the left-hand side and is marked with a sign.



The key safe is located on the balcony, to the left of the parking space.



Inside the safe, you will find two keys:

– one key for the main entrance door

– one key for the apartment



First, use the main door key to open the entrance and enter the building. Then go up the stairs and look for apartment No. 5. Use the second key to enter the apartment.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. A Penny supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Upon request, we can provide a VAT invoice. Please share your billing address and an email address for invoice delivery.
