Our house is an apartment of about 100 square meters. inside in a villa with two other units. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, panoramic balconies and terrace. The house is facing the lake and has a wonderful view. In the garden there is a private underpass which leads directly to the beach. THREE bedrooms and TWO bathrooms.

The property is very well-maintained. It is landscaped beautifully and the interior is well-done and comfortable. Paolo is very thorough. He sent pages of information-all functions of the house were explained in detail as well as how to locate first the house (including pictures) and then the keys and code boxes. Very easy to follow his directions. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked.
