The garden is well-kept and full of flowers and with everything you need to spend relaxing moments in company. From the garden, you can access the main entrance where we find a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed (mattress 140 x 190 cm), dining table, fireplace, a modern kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher-oven-fridge-etc....) and a bathroom with toilet, washing machine and sink. On the upper floor accessible by internal elevator or external staircase we find the two double bedrooms in addition to the two bathrooms with shower and a splendid terrace equipped with table, chairs and mini bar. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. The house is in excellent condition and recently renovated with everything up to standard. At guests' disposal nr. 02 private external parking spaces, in addition to 5 bicycles for free use.
