Ideally located on a quiet street just steps from Marais Girard beach, this typical Brétignolles house comprises: a living room (table, chairs, sideboard), a separate kitchen with access to the garden (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave).

One bedroom (1 double bed + storage), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a lounge/relaxation area (sofa, 2 armchairs, TV).

Upstairs (accessed from the lounge area): two bedrooms (one with two single beds + storage and the other with a double bed + storage), and a shower room with toilet.

Enclosed garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.

Große Doppelhaushälfte mit neuer und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend sehr nahe am Meer und in Fußweite zum Strand. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine (kleine Füllmenge), großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und 3-flammigen Induktionsherd. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) hatten das Haus für 14 Tage gebucht und haben sehr geschätzt:Küche inkl. Ausstattung,Platzangebot im Haus,2 voll ausgestattete Bäder,guter Plancha-Grill für viele schöne Grillabende im Garten.Verbesserungswürdig beurteilten wir insbesondere die Betten in der ersten Etage. Die Matratzen (alle 1,90 m lang) empfanden wir als alt, übel riechend, durchgelegen. Stiche an Armen und Beinen liessen auf Bettwanzen o.ä. schliessen. Leider blieb unser diesbezüglicher Hinweis in der Agentur ohne Reaktion.Den etwas vernachlässigt wirkenden Garten mit Zugang zur Garage haben wir sehr geschätzt, auch wenn wir uns ein wenig wertigere Gartenmöbel (Plastikstühle und sehr wackeliger Plastik-Gartentisch) gewünscht hätten. Unsere Erwartung bei einem Haus für 220 /Nacht wurde hier nicht getroffen. Der Weg zum Meer ist sehr kurz (5 min. zu Fuß); für einen Besuch im Zentrum oder beim großen SuperU ist zumindest ein Fahrrad vorteilhaft.Zusammenfassend: ein attraktives, großes Haus in Strandnähe mit sehr guter Küche aber Mängeln insbesondere bei den Betten in der ersten Etage.
