The exterior of this house will seduce you, thanks to its beautiful enclosed and tree-lined garden, and its terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. It is the perfect place to relax in the sun, in complete tranquillity.
Push the door and discover a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge, comfortably furnished, invites you to relax after a day at the beach: enjoy a friendly aperitif, watch a good film on television or simply enjoy the view of the garden by the fireplace for cooler days. Adjacent, the dining room will allow you to share meals together around its large wooden table.
The open kitchen has everything you need to cook like at home: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the essential crockery and utensils.
On the night side, the house has three bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190), the second with two single beds (90x190), and the third has a trundle bed (90x190) topped with a double bed (140x190), perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower head, and separate toilets are also at your disposal for more comfort.
For more convenience, the house has two outdoor parking spaces and you can also store up to 6 bicycles in the garage.
