In Brétignolles-sur-Mer, 1.2 km from La Parée beach and 600 m from the town center, this cottage, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, accommodates up to 6 people for exploring the Vendée coast. This single-story house features an entrance opening onto a living/dining room with a kitchen, and a utility room with a second kitchen and a washing machine.

The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm), one with a double bed (140 cm), and a third with a queen-size bed (160 cm) (two electric single beds (80 cm)). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

Outside, you will find a private courtyard at the front with private parking and a covered shelter, as well as a private enclosed garden at the rear. This garden includes a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a griddle.

The accommodation is located near a campsite at the rear of the garden.
