House of approximately 130 m2 and enclosed land. Located 750m from Marais Girard beach. This house is ideal for family or friends' holidays. The 4 bedrooms and sleeping area under the eaves comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms and a dormitory area at mezzanine level. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a 140 bed and a sink, a second with a 140 bed and the third with a 140 bed.

Upstairs a closed bedroom with a 140 bed and a sink and the open dormitory area on the mezzanine comprising 4 single beds of 90.

You will have a living room-lounge, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, 4-burner gas hob, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster)

On the terrace, you will have all the necessary furniture as well as an electric plancha.

The supervised beach is located 750m from the house (Marais Girard Beach). There are other beaches in Brétignolles a little further away (Plage de la Parée - Plage de la Normandelière - Plage des Dunes) which can be reached by bike via the cycle path or by car.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Brétignolles is located 2 km away (Dunes beach)

Le vis à vis n' est pas agréable.Il manque des places de parking jouxtees à la maison.La moquette de la mezzanine est a retirée et il fait beaucoup trop chaud sur celle ci.

A éviter, manque d'entretien important

On a bien senti qu'il s'agissait d'un héritage... Jusque dans les placards... Très peu de rangements pour nos effets personnels et le peu qu'il y avait, étaient inutilisables à cause dd l'odeur. Le jardin n'est pas entretenu, la terrasse non plus et les traces sur les murs sont nombreuses. Les poêles sont rayées, donc dangereuses pour du Téflon, les plastiques alimentaires usés autant que la moquette qui doit dater de la construction de la maison. Certains rangements sont occupés par les effets des propriétaires. Certains abat jour sont devenus gris de saletés. La salle de bain mérite un coup de jeune et de propre autant que la chambre rose laissé en l'état après l'héritage et tachée sur ses murs. On y trouve une armoire inutilisable du fait de l'odeur et un meuble vasque situé à 1m de haut(très vieux également). Le mobilier de jardin abîmé mais encore utilisable. La chaudière est très vieille également, la cuisine sent vite le gaz même en faisant attention, l'ouverture des fenêtres est pertinente. Cette maison a du potentiel mais mérite plus d'attention. C'est triste de la trouver dans cet état et incroyable qu'elle soit mise à la location, surtout à ce tarif. Nous n'y retournerons pas
