The house is located in the park of Beaumarchais castle dating from the 16th century. It was completely renovated in 2014, in the respect of the whole classified, it profits from a sported garden of 2800m ². The different beaches of Brétignolles sur mer are 4 km away and accessible by bike paths. The center and shops are 3 km. The house consists: on the ground floor: living room of 26m ², dining room with kitchen, pantry, toilet, master suite (bed 160) with bathroom and separate toilet. On the floor: a parental suite with room of water, two rooms, bathroom, TOILET. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Cleaning not included, it must be done by the tenant.

De l’espace !!!

La maison est joliment décorée et fonctionnelle. L’espace extérieur est très appréciable surtout pour les petits qui en on profité jusqu’à la dernière minute!!! Nous avons profité d’un séjour calme et reposant.
