Rules and regulations :



- Arrival after 4:00 pm, departure before 11:00 am.

- Children from 0 to 17 years.

- Events are not permitted.

- Pets allowed: dogs and cats under 9 kg each (maximum one pet in total).

- Smokers are only allowed in specifically designated areas (outside the villa).

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Additional information: the villa is well fenced, however the fence on the street side does not exceed 80cm please take this into account for your pet. Please provide us with proof of liability insurance, to be sent before your stay.
