Welcome to Villa Rosemonde, a magnificent single-story house designed to offer you idyllic vacations. Nestled in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the Vendée coast. You will be just a stone's throw from the beaches, cycling paths, local markets, and a multitude of activities (surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, kite-surfing, horseback riding, and restaurants).

LIVING TOGETHER (LIVING SPACE)
The heart of the villa revolves around a large, bright living and dining area, designed for your shared moments. It opens harmoniously onto a fully equipped American-style kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and capsule), kettle, toaster, and complete tableware. Everything is there to delight food lovers!

COMFORT & PRIVACY (SLEEPING AREA)
The cozy single-story layout allows for smooth circulation. The sleeping area, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, consists of:

3 beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed.
1 charming bedroom with two single beds.
Modern and functional shower rooms to ensure everyone's comfort.

OUTDOOR RELAXATION (OUTDOOR SPACES)
The real highlight of Villa Rosemonde is outside! Enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, and a gas barbecue/plancha for your summer grills. Continue the day with a dip in the lovely outdoor pool (heated and open from April to October, depending on weather conditions). Finally, end your evenings with a lively game on your own pétanque court.

Note: For your comfort, the villa is strictly non-smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.

CONCIERGE FEES AND TOURIST TAX
To ensure hotel-quality standards and full transparency, essential services are managed directly by our concierge service, "Les Clefs de l'Océan," after your booking.

Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):

End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 170 euros per stay (the accommodation must still be left in good condition: clean dishes and emptied trash).
Linen and Household Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person (includes bed linen, beds made upon arrival, towels (1 large and 1 small per person), and kitchen towels).
Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.
Security Deposit: 1,000 euros (via bank pre-authorization before your arrival, amount not debited).

Comfort Options (Upon Request):

Early Arrival (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late Departure (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional Cleaning During Stay: 39 euros per hour.
