Originally built as the private art studio of renowned American sculptor Chester A. Beach, this one-of-a-kind stone cottage is part of the historic OldWalls estate.

Set among 11 private acres of gardens, fields and sweeping countryside views, the cottage has been thoughtfully converted into a distinctive guest retreat while preserving the character that makes it so special. Native stone walls, soaring ceilings, original architectural details and abundant natural light give the space a feeling unlike anywhere else.

Inside you’ll find a king bedroom, additional sleeping loft, full kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable living spaces. Outside, enjoy the peaceful grounds, beautiful views and the atmosphere of a historic country estate—all while having your own private place to retreat.

OldWalls was the longtime home and creative world of Chester A. Beach, and this cottage is where much of that story began. A rare opportunity to stay somewhere with genuine history, character and a true sense of place.
