REMODELED Top Floor unit with loft, NEXT door to Giant Steps Resort. Walk to ski lift, Ski back to condo.

You walk in with Bunk Bed nook to the left- each having their own smart TV and privacy curtains. Downstairs bathroom, Kitchen, dining table with three chairs and a bench (perfect for games too) and living room with 65" smart TV.

Upstairs loft is like a master suite with 55" Smart TV, queen bed and another bathroom with amazing shower.

Living room chair turns into a twin bed. Comfy Sectional sofa to fit everyone to watch a movie or look out the window at the beautiful trees or read a book and sip hot cocoa.

Balcony has a propane grill if brave enough to be out there in the winter. Or to throw snow balls at your kids down below playing in snow.

Great little spot for the family. Close to the local food and walking distance to the lifts. The space is comfortable and tastefully updated. We enjoyed the large window view of the blizzard that came in after a long day on the slopes.

Not enough room for all the luggage and extras like ski clothes etc. so when you cook, all the smell stays close to our clothing even though the vent was turned on. It felt tight with 2 adults and kids! We have stayed at other properties on Brian head and this was more expensive than others that had more space

The hosts were very accommodating to our family with young kids. They really enjoyed all the decor and special touches like a guest book and lockers. The condo is next to giant steps condos and the lifts so my 5 year old could come back to the condo to take naps. It was very easy to just snowboard from the condo to the lifts. They just opened a conveyor belt for the night skiing so the little ones could still participate. The tubing is right next to the condo. My kids enjoyed the snow next to the condo for sledding. The condo was very clean and organized. We will return.

The condo was even better than the pictures. It was the perfect retreat from the summer heat and a great jumping off point for our adventures on the mountain. The host was very easy to get in touch with and the property was very easy to access.

This place is thoughtful, cozy and so much fun

We had a great stay at this condo. Not only is it in a great location, the owners have put a lot of thought into what makes a great stay - a well-appointed weekend-stay ready kitchen and common areas to the comfortable loft and great quality towels. The guestbook includes great suggestions for winter or summer visitors. We'd stay here again.
