Bummer the hot tub was not working but the stay was wonderful and the host was more than forthcoming about it prior to our visit. I appreciated the open communication. Brian Head is a great place. The condo was perfect for a ski vacation.

It was a comfortable place. It was lacking body wash/soap, batteries for tv remotes and the beds were pretty hard. And I don’t remember if it mentioned it having a lot of stairs. It would be a good thing to list.

Brian Head townhome

A very roomy, well-equipped townhome, centrally located and with garage access. The host was accomodating and we had ring-side seats for the fireworks on the 4th! A great retreat after a day of hiking-a great week.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Misleading Listing

Our experience at this rental was far from what was advertised. The property was poorly maintained, several amenities were unusable, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.-The listing advertised garage parking, but it failed to mention that the garage entrance is very low, making it inaccessible for many vehicles. The owners are aware of this issue, as they even include a “joke” in the condo guide about guests avoiding damage to their cars, yet this is not disclosed in the listing.-The hot tub was overfilled to the point of overflowing, making it impossible to use without causing a flood.- After finally finding the remote, we could not figure out the fireplace, the guide threatened a 200 fine for misusing the fireplace, wasn't worth the risk.-The hot water ran out after only two showers.- The dining space was poorly arranged, and we could not eat together as a family of four.-The coffee maker was broken upon arrival, wasted money on K-cups.-The WiFi info was outdated, requiring us to contact the property manager for updated details.-Walls had multiple scuff marks, gouges, and dirty duvet cover in master bedroom, dirty dishes due to checkout rules.Positives:-Kids’ room, included bunk beds and an Xbox that our children enjoyed. -The mudroom was great for hanging wet things and provided a good drop off space.-Communication was timely with the owners, but it was annoying to have to need to ask questions.

Perfect spot in Brian Head

We stayed with our family for a ski weekend. We have been to Brian Head once before so we were familiar with the area. We did arrive late at night and snow had been falling the previous day and night. It was a little hard to find the home at first but the owner communicated before hand about detailed directions so that did help immensely. The home is lovely. Great spot for kids and walking steps to the lifts, if you already have your passes/tickets. This place would also be great in the summer!

Everything was just as described, the jacuzzi smelled like chlorine (which we appreciate in a public spa) it smelled CLEAN! The host was very accommodating to our family. We appreciated the little things like board games and movies that they had provided as well as the amenities in the house.The condo truly is a ski in and ski out location in a perfect little community.Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Brianhead

Paradise in the mountain tops

We stayed for 11 nights and had such an amazing time! I was very pleased with the quick and kind responses I received whenever I had a question or needed to communicate. Absolutely appreciated the owner and his kind assistance so much!! Were a family of 5 and there was more than plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the living spaces are very comfy. There are 2 balconies to enjoy the gorgeous views from, but the BEST view off the balcony is while your sitting in the jacuzzi. We got a foot of snow while there and it was so beautiful all covered in white. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need and a full size laundry room/mudroom off the garage entrance makes being able to enter and wash up a real ease. There is a huge selection of movies to enjoy and all the toys you would need to play in the snow. There are 2 routes we took to get to the condo, one goes down to Parowan and the other goes down to Cedar City and both have breath taking views. We had an amazing time and plan to go back in the future!!

This property fit our family of 6 perfectly. Very close to slopes and very comfortable accommodations. Views from condo were beautiful. Communication with owner was effortless. House had everything we needed to cook all the meals.

Great luxury condo. My family and I stayed in February. Close to the slopes. We had a great trip! Always check the hot tub first, is a lesson I've learned the hard way. Especially when you rent a Vrbo specifically for the personal Hot tub! So, I did, and there was an issue. It was beyond the homeowners control... Bad previous renters. Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond to get it repaired for our stay. I would recommend a few details, as previous renters, a few more towels, and a deep clean. I know its hard to keep a big space clean! Otherwise had a great stay, and would definitely return!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Location was great. It was a little too far to walk to the Giant Steps lift, but a quick drive with easy parking at the lift. There is also a shuttle stop near by with a number you can text for service. We loved the garage, mud room for ski storage, fireplace, hot tub, and nice kitchen.

Great location!

We loved this property! The location was so close to everything! The kitchen was very large with a ton of countertop space. Two car garage with easy access to the condo. We have stayed in Brianhead before and had to carry loads of stuff on multiple trips up 6 flights of stairs, so the fact that we just parked in the garage and unloaded everything was fantastic. We will definitely be booking this place again when we go back.

Great location, needs some attention

The property is located in a great location, right off the slopes. When we first arrived, we were excited to jump in the hot tub, due to a fairly substantial winter storm. However, when we took the lid off the hot tub, the water looked like that green milk you can buy at Star Wars Land in Disneyland. Pretty knarley. The thermostats were also broken, and the third floor quickly rose to close to 90 degrees F, leaving us little choice but to leave the windows and doors open all night to regulate the extreme heat. The rest of the place was pretty nice, although it does need a deep cleaning. Also, the dryer in the mud room does not work. It turns on, but the heating element is clearly out. How are the cleaning people washing the sheets? They have to bring new sheets and towels every time, so they should know about the broken dryer. Overall, it seems like this might be property the cleaning crew has been somewhat neglecting, maybe due to the weather being difficult? Regardless, when you pay $600-$800 per night (with fees) for a property, you do not expect these issues. I don’t wish to be overly difficult in this review. But if you’re going to label it and charge for it as high end, and if it fails to meet that standard, you should expect some tough reviews.
