Welcome to your newly renovated vacation home, a spacious retreat bathed in natural light with soaring ceilings and an inviting ambiance. The living area offers plush seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick coffee to a full meal, with a breakfast bar for casual dining. Step outside onto the deck to utilize the gas barbecue grill. The sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom and a loft with a bed, plus bunk beds for the kids. Enjoy your stay in Brian Head, Utah!

- The provided pink parking passes must be filled out and displayed on your dash during your
stay at Snowshoe Village.
- Maximum of two vehicles/rented unit.
- Due to our unique property, with a long entry driveway which is steep in certain sections, it is
imperative to be traveling with your vehicle prepared for snow conditions during the winter
months.
- Requirements: 4WD, or
AWD with at least two studded or snow-rated tires and/or steel chains
(not cables). This is required by Utah law. Please be prepared.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for getting stuck without proper equipment as described
above.
