Located just 5 minutes by car from the town center and Serre Chevalier ski slopes, this peaceful and welcoming cottage faces south and features a terrace and garden—ideal for enjoying nature and the surrounding mountain views.



You will receive a warm welcome and helpful advice for discovering your retreat, planning walks, hikes, and outdoor activities such as skiing, excursions, rafting, mountain biking, or Via Ferrata, as well as exploring the cultural heritage of Briançon.



The cottage, attached to the owners’ house, offers direct access and parking spaces. The property is bordered by a mountain stream.



On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with a cloakroom opening onto a bright living/dining room with access to a spacious, tree-lined terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
