Located in the heart of the village, the house offers views of the surrounding mountains and the old village, in a calm and family-friendly setting. Hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, and cross-country skiing lovers will appreciate its privileged location with direct access to trails and outdoor routes.

The master bedroom features a double bed 140x200 with a 240x220 duvet, perfect for restful nights after a day outdoors. The guest bedroom offers a 160x200 bed with its 240x220 duvet, while the third bedroom is equipped with a 90x200 bunk bed and a 60x120 baby crib.

Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra, upon request and at an additional cost.

The house includes one functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, immersion blender, fondue machine, kitchen scale, and baby equipment (high chair, changing table, and stand-up baby bathtub). Guests also benefit from Wi-Fi, a television, a smoke detector, and a carbon monoxide detector. A washing machine is available, making longer stays more convenient.

Pets are only allowed outdoors (kennel available in a fenced garden), and are not permitted inside the house.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, and cycling. The Izoard Pass, the Vallée des Fonds, and Briançon (only 10–15 minutes away) are easily accessible, as well as the Serre Chevalier valley (20 minutes) and Névache valley (25 minutes).

Please note: the house is located near the road leading to the Col d’Izoard, which may result in occasional motorcycle traffic, especially during the summer season. However, this remains limited and does not affect the peaceful atmosphere of the stay.
