Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bricqueville-sur-Mer, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 400 m² as well as a terrace. We are waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A laundry room.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200), sheets and towels included.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, chromecast, connected speaker, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 400 m², facing South-West.
- A terrace of about 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Bricqueville-sur-Mer, in the Havre de la Vanlée (classified site), in a very pleasant environment, quiet and close to the sea. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Hiking and bicycle tourism circuit, boat rentals and excursions to the islands from Granville.
Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the garage for 1 vehicle (electric vehicle plug) or on the parking outside the house which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
- Nearest train station : Coutances (18min by car) or Granville (21min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (1h30 by car)
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- The consumption of the socket in the garage for an electric vehicle is in supplement, payment on the spot (16 amps max, consumption in supplement with meter on the socket).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price 60€.
