Dirty washcloth from previous visitor in the shower. Spiders in bathroom. Limited bath towels provided. Bed sheets too short and uncomfortably harsh feeling. Door key failed to work multiple times. Altogether not what was expected for the increased room price due to a football game that we did not attend. Most likely will not return for another stay at your facility. Going downhill

I always stay here, but I feel the cleanliness is slipping. My room had stains on the rug and rust in the bathtub. My mother’s room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned (stinky feet) and there were chips all over the rug! The food in the morning was cold and not as good as it used to be. Pool was closed because there was a huge spider in it!

The room smelled of mold and mildew. The walls had obvious water damage and the walls and ceiling and most door frames were covered in black mold. We immediately left as there was no way we could stay there. We sent in photos of all of the mold and they refused to issue a refund

The young woman at the front desk named Tiffany was super. Two of us had to move our room due to noisy children who's parents let them yell and run around the hallways. Tiffany made sure we we moved to quieter rooms. The pool water was not as clean as one would expect. Rooms were dated and tubs edge showed mold in corners. Breakfast was better than average and clean.

It was not a good experience!! First i get eaten up with spider bites. ( NOT BED BUGS) Was put in another room. I go to enter the room and guests were still in there. I get another room and the bathroom was filthy. They didnt clean my room one time in 4 days. I ask why and they said they were short staffed. You would think the would have given me some kind of a discount. I got absolutely NOTHING. But, im sorry. I had to go get clean towels everyday. I will say, the staff was really nice to us. I will never stay there again!!
