Das überschaubare Skigebiet/die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen (Badesee, Minigolfplatz,Spielplatz ...) und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im wunderbaren Bergdorf Brigels mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis Ortsbus im Winter, die nächste Haltestelle ist 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Im Sommer gratis Wandershuttle-Bus von Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast und zurück.
