LOUNGEROOM
2 loungerooms with 2 spacious couches in each to allow everyone to spread out and relax after a long day exploring Bright and it's surrounds.

HEATING & COOLING
Both loungerooms have a wood fire heater to keep you warm in the winter and reverse cycle air conditioning for those hot summer days. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOMS
With 3 bathrooms in total privacy is no issue! 2 of the 3 bathrooms also have a spa bath.
OUTDOORS
Enjoy the sunny afternoons on the verandah with a glass of wine while you cook on the electric BBQ's.
There is also a lockable storage shed on the property for bike storage.
PET POLICY
Birch & Maple Cottage are NOT pet friendly.

Both are complete with washer & dryer.
