Nestled on over 4,000m² and backing onto State Forest, the property is often visited by native birds, kangaroos, and even the occasional koala.
Designed with modern comfort in mind, the home features soaring ceilings, light-filled open spaces, and clean architectural lines that frame the natural surrounds.
The expansive living and dining area includes:
• An 8-seater dining table
• Comfortable leather lounges and occasional chairs
• Indoor wood fireplace for cosy winter nights
The adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stone benchtops and stainless-steel European appliances. Sliding doors open onto a wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining setting for 8 – the perfect spot for alfresco meals, sunset drinks, and wildlife watching.
A second living room with large TV and DVD player leads to 4 generous sized bedrooms, 3 of which have flexible bedding (king or twin singles) and built-in robes, plus a sleek shared bathroom. The master suite features a walk-in robe and an ensuite of generous proportions.
